A focus on Living in Estepona
The town of Estepona lies on the western side of the Costa del Sol, midway between Marbella and Gibraltar. For many years it has been a popular destination for family holidays and second homes, yet in recent times Estepona has also become the focus for much of the new development in the greater Marbella area – making it an increasingly popular destination among investors, homebuyers and developers of luxury modern apartments and villas.
The beautification project initiated by Estepona’s inspired mayor has rejuvenated the town with imaginative schemes that include flower-lined and colour-coordinated streets, with attractive murals painted by local artists. There is also a new theatre, a popular new Orchidarium, beautiful botanical gardens and a pretty bullring with town museum. As a result of this successful beautification process, Estepona has attracted many new property developers to the town and whether you are looking for a villa for sale, or a quality beachfront property, you’ll find some of the most stunning new builds in this thriving Andalusian town.

La Rada is a long, sandy beach that is ideal for family fun and also offers a number of water sports, such as kayaking and windsurfing. Playa del Cristo, which is west of the town, is another clean, well-kept beach with a traditional chiringuito beach bar that attracts both families and younger people.
